How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and packaged a tracking number will be created. When your package is with our shipping carrier you will receive a tracking number via email.

How do I return an item?

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging
2. Please include packing slip or return form inside return package
3. You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 7 days for in-house processing). Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit

Credit Card Charges?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. Once we receive your request we will follow up with next actions.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase less the shipping price, using the original method of payment.
